Join us for a fun and exhilarating cardio-dance workout!

Synergy Hip Hop Dance offers “Beginner/Intermediate” classes on a weekly basis at various Bally Total Fitness locations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Classes are geared toward those who are new to hip hop dance, however, they may include intricate movements for those looking for a challenge. Though each instructor brings their own “flava” to the class they teach, every Synergy class is designed to include an instructional breakdown of the moves at half tempo prior to doing it at full speed, and builds throughout to create a full routine by the completion of class. We strive to offer a new routine each week, though the movements may repeat from previous classes taught. Bally membership is not required to participate in Synergy Hip Hop classes. Ages 13 and up are welcome to participate.

Fees for classes

Bally Members
$5 – single class
$20 - Multi-Class Pass

Non-Bally Members
$8 – single class
$35 - Multi-Class Pass

Multi-Class passes are good for 5 classes at any Synergy Hip Hop Dance class and have an expiration date of 2 months. It is not required, nor necessary, to redeem classes consecutively. SYNERGY PASSES HONORED AT ALL LOCATIONS!!!!!

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time to pay/register for classes. It is recommended you have exact change if you are paying by cash. Payments made by credit card or personal checks (e-check processed) are also accepted. You will be required to show your receipt at classroom door for admission to the class. Non-members will be required to sign a waiver of liability prior to participation.
